I have a client who has several legacy websites (classic ASP). He's currently hosted with MyHosting.com and I'm looking to move his sites elsewhere. MyHosting's support, which once was halfway decent, is now abysmal.
I submitted a request for a CSR to get my client's now expired SSL certificate renewed a week ago this past Wednesday, received a CSR on Sunday that didn't work, and haven't heard back since.
Anyways, I'm looking for recommendations for a reliable, affordable Windows shared hosting provider. He is currently paying $14.95/mo for hosting for each of his sites so I'd like to offer him a price point that is similar.

Note: I know his website's are running on old, dated code and would love to upgrade him to something modern. But he has no interest, nor budget, for doing so at this time.
