Page title is wrong on search engine results

Hi guys,

When I type the name of my site on google, the title of my link is completely wrong. It says "Enter Your Text Here" when it should have an initial description of the page.

Everything in the head is correct. I think the original owner of the site changed hosting services a few times before coming to me. I have no idea where this "Enter your text here" is coming from
