Any way to put cursor focus in form field via a browser setting, and NOT via the page's source code?

So I'm familiar with using javascript to make the cursor appear in a particular form field when a user loads a web page.

There is a page that I access frequently that used to do exactly that, but the developers changed the code, and now the cursor does not default to any from field.

Is there any way for me to create a bookmark/bookmarklet or something that when I click it, the cursor would automatically go to a specific form field on the page that loads?

If so, how? :-)
