This is a high level question about website structure
My company, lets call them company.com, has recently acquired a new asset, lets call this Jobs.com. Jobs.com needs to be rolled into the parent company, so all the branding for jobs.com will become company.com (URLS most importantly).
the issue at hand is that jobs.com has a widget on their platform that company.com wants to utilize. jobs.com needs to continue to host this website but the Urls need to reflect the branding of company.com. Another issue is that jobs.com has other assets directed to them, these will be disrupted if the urls are changed etc.
Question: what is the best way to approach this? is it possible to just keep jobs.com running in the background but has some kind of URL spoof that will show company.com when the customer lands on the page?
I'm sure I am missing some details but any help would be greatly appreciated.
