@media queries and SEO relations. What should I do for mobile content?

Hello guys,

I know the question is a little vague, I am working on a ecommerce site's footer and I want to remove some text for @media 768px width. If I use display:none or anything else to prevent one column and its text, would it impact the entire website's SEO results?
