Would I be able to use my custom CSS grid system that i made on desktop, and switch over to a Bootstrap framework-type layout when viewed on mobile?

I have made a blog using a grid system that I feel comfortable with; now that I have it published online and starting to actually make posts, I would like to have a better formatted mobile site. I like how my site currently looks on desktop, but would much rather use a framework like bootstrap when the site is viewed on mobile. How would I go about doing this?
