Responsive website, block element within inline-block element

Hey all,

building this responsive website, and I'm not sure how to fix this error

On this page, you'll see the first box is misaligned with the rest of the boxes. I've found that it is something to do wit hthe <p> within an inline-block element. Any of the paragraphs are go into two lines cause this error.

I have my <li> set it inline-block so I can align all the elements in the center of the page, despite the browser width (try resizing the browser)

Any one have any ideas on how to fix this / the best way to fix it?
