Have you guys ever seen a designer's or front end developer's resume or website where their use percentages to explain how good they are at a certain skill?
Sometimes it's done in a pie chart, score wheel or graph
Example: Photoshop - 90% Illustrator - 87% HTML - 79% CSS - 85% Angular - 97%
I tend not to trust potential hires who do this - because what are they measuring it against? Would anyone ever say they're less then 50% proficient in a skill?
Thoughts? Feedback? Am I completely alone in feeling this way?
