So I was browsing the Internet looking for inspiration and found Ameba (I guess it's some kind of blog community). Interested enough went to the website (http://www.ameba.jp/) and it's ok, have some good UI and UX, seams clear what it is without knowledge of japanese language.
The thing I don't get is what is resolution so small and not responsive? I think it's the 10th site that don't care about RWD (even static one). Is this a common thing?
