URL redirects, adding a "%20" to it, causing the website not to load. Removing the %20 fixes it.

Basically the title, helping with a website that's having this problem. You can only reach the site by typing in the url and then removing the added %20. This site does not have any sort of website CMS to my knowledge. Any help would be great!
