I am looking for a quality, user friendly HTML/CSS editor that compares to Dreamweaver. I am helping a friend with some schoolwork and I planned on using Dreamweaver, like in the past. However I have a new laptop, and the Adobe UI does not scale to fit my new screen, so I must find a new HTML editor. I need a quality answer in the next few hours, please!
