Hey guys, i started learning html and css about 7 months ago.
I have been doing this in my spare time so progress has been pretty slow.
I started out with some code academey courses and moved onto Shay howes basic html and css course as the code academy stuff didn't sink in.
I finished this course about a month ago and feeling confident moved onto the odin project to further my understanding.
I came to the first project which was to build the Google homepage and am having a total night mare using div class and id selectors along with positioning content.
Is this normal?
I feel after this time i should at least have these basics nailed down. I'm going to keep on reading up on the theory but at the same time i feel that I'm spending too much time reading and not enough time practicing.
Sorry for the dear diary post but i feel like I'm hitting a wall with this
