I'd like some advice on website hosting and website building. I have my domain name (Google Domains) for a very small coffee roaster which will have three or four offerings and serve only the neighborhood I live in. In other words, a hobby thing right now
I've looked at Wix, Weebly, Squarespace and a few others but it seems they nickel and dime you to death with their add on features. I'm somewhat familiar with WordPress as we had a very basic, small travel website a few years ago hosted on HostGator and they were OK but I'm looking for both hosting and website building that can handle limited shopping, is easy to maintain, reliable and relatively inexpensive.
Are the drag and drop sites really the best way to go? Is WordPress with a few plugins the way to go? I guess simplicity and ease of maintenance is what I'm looking for.
