Am I undervaluing myself when it comes to charging for a Website?

The other day a friend and I were discussing how much to charge when It comes to making a Website. He says that he charges around $4000.00 for a 7 page while I charge around $950.00 for a 6-7 page website.Am I undervaluing myself?

I been doing Web Design for about 5 years now, I been doing freelancing for about 2 years. Should I just stay with the prices I have or not?

I would really appreciate your response in what I should do.
