Some time ago I saw a conversation on here referring to resources beneficial to users who are not formal designers but whose job requires (or would greatly benefit from) good design knowledge. However I can't remember the post or the specific topic. I just remember there was a reference to a graphic novel type book with design related information/instruction. Already checked the wiki, gilded, and top tabs.
Background: My strength is as an illustrator, my day job involves business finance related formatting (a lot of Office, some Ps, occasional illustration).
