My headings are not styled very well and I need help styling H1-H4

H1 is the title
H2 are the section headings
H3 are sub headings.
Right now I have multiple colors and the sizes are all over the place. I really need help choosing the proper sizes and colors so the page is easy to read.
Any help would be great.
