Showcase mobile design - with gifs..a rookies journey nightmare. Help

I managed to create .mov file and now I am trying to make into a small gif through Photoshop. But its like 17mb big! Tho I have a small image size. http://ift.tt/1QdMO57 here is my setup.

So anyone could share me some insight how you make a perfect gif with small size and smooth animation.
