There are an endless amount of tools that you can use. What do you use, start to finish for a project?

I don't even know how anyone can have a definitive set of go-to tools for anything front end, but I'd like an idea of tools some of you use for a project from start to finish.

On top of this, what IDE do you use? Sass? Less? etc. I'm curious about everything you use.
