I am currently learning HTML & CSS with the end goal of designing simple websites for clients mostly friends and family. I've been looking into Wordpress and it seems very easy. Why do I need to learn HTML & CSS when I could just design simple websites on Wordpress and sell those ? Once I learn HTML & CSS what program do I use to code websites ? Thanks Guys
