How much should I charge, and how long should it take?

Hey, I'm a new web designer. I have luckily just landed my first job! Yay!

But here's the issue. The guy wants me to give him a quote, on how much I will charge, and how long it will take. Now see, I'm the "pull a couple all nighters, and get projects done in 2 days" kinda guy. So I don't want to underquote myself. But at the same time, I don't want to overquote either. Not that I'm afraid he will fire me, but I don't want to screw the guy, or myself. I want it to be a fair price, for what I'm doing. That's why I'm here, hopefully it will help :)

So, basically, the guy is running a small business out of his house and right now his website is total crap. Looks like it's from the 80s. It's going to have to be a full rebuild. He says he wants the end product to look something like this:

Which is easy enough. I'm perfectly capable of doing something like that for him. He said he will provide me with the information that needs to be accessible on the website and images he would like used. So that should all be handled, and anything that isn't I can take care of easily.

Anyone have any ideas for how much I should charge the guy, or how long I should tell him it will take?

Thanks for any advice you can offer :)

(If this isn't the right subreddit, please let me know, and I'll remove the post.)
