Hey all, I'm currently a design student studying product design and interiors and I've been trying to search for summer internships. I'm mostly interested in businesses that are very VERY engineering based and super progressive (think SpaceX and the like) but would greatly benefit from designers. I'm not finding a lot of information, though. Does anyone know of some examples of companies that fit this bill? The only place I've found so far is NASA. Even if the companies don't take interns, I'd like to know where to start looking.
Logic would say that I should just be an engineer, but I've already tried out engineering. Design is completely my passion.
