Is there a way to have a hyperlink change based on visitors country?

I would like to set up a link on a blog to the authors Amazon page, but in order to make it easier for the visitor I would love if I could have the URL change to the author's page of their local Amazon (.com, .ca, .co.uk, .de, etc.) store, based on which country they are visiting from.

I'm perfectly fine with going through each Amazon region and manually collecting the URLs of the author's pages myself. I just want to specifically point to a certain one based on the location.
