I decided to start putting files for my site in their own specified folders. It links fine but the css my whole site uses is not showing up now that my new page on the site is in its own folder. I tried changing it to "public_html" as noted but its not working. Any ideas?

Also, when I go to other parts of the site it does so under that folder? So instead of just going back to http://ift.tt/1Sh2DaE it goes http://ift.tt/1GVuiN5 Maybe Im mistaken and you just have all your files in a cpanel public html? It just seems like it gets kinda messy if you have lots of content pages?
